Good day to cook

Cold and windy outside. Bit of room in the freezer. Nice piece of skirt of beef from the supermarket, swede, potatoes, onion, flour ….. Check.
Time to make a batch of pasties.
After the last time, I made some notes on how I might improve them and I carefully put all that experience to good use.

Two batches of three:

One each, with the last few tomatoes from the garden.

Yum, yum.
