BEIJING, Feb. 1 (Xinhuanet) — A contestant’s reply to a UK TV host’s question “What was Gandhi’s first name?” was voted the dumbest ever answer, media reported Friday.    In a regional radio show, a contender answered “Goosey Goosey” when asked the Indian religious leader’s first name.
